The Harper Academy 4 Future Nuclear Engineers (Harper Academy), hosted in partnership with the University of Michigan (UM) Nuclear Engineering & Radiological Sciences (NERS), affords high achieving high school students matriculating into their senior year an opportunity to prepare for college while earning a generous stipend. Specifically, the Harper Academy program's primary focus is to expose and prepare students for a career fighting global greenhouse emissions as a nuclear engineer.

The Leadership Safari Adventure (LSAP) is a program for commercial nuclear power industry professionals under the age of 30 who are from either from established or newcomer countries to commercial nuclear power. LSAP combines the best elements of personal development through experiential learning, career counseling and adventure travel. In this program, participants will receive guidance on key fundamentals of personal storytelling and the most effective way to establish their own personal "digital portfolio of knowledge."

For a number of years, the Uganda Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development has considered developing a commercial nuclear power program and infrastructure for the country. In fact, we believe that one day a nuclear engineer could originate from Destiny Academy (located in rural Kalwang a community in Nebbi, Uganda) and support the envisioned commercial nuclear industry there and beyond. Currently, Kalwang is characterized by high illiteracy, the prevalence of physical child labor and pregnancies before the age of 15. We agree with Destiny Academy that preschool foundational education such as reading, writing and arithmetic is prerequisite and fundamental to any formal education and a key success factor to addressing the current situation in Kalwang.
